Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific – Jan/Feb 2026

In the winter (up north – summer down under!)a group of adventurous geocachers joined Landsharkz on a trip around the South Pacifc. Most of the group started off in Sydney, Australia and visited Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji and Tonga. We then headed to New Zealand, where we had a few people leave and a bunch more join us as we headed down the east coast of New Zealand, across to Tasmania, Melbourne and back to Sydney. We got blown around a bit in the South Pacific as we dodged cyclones and either missed or changed ports, but in the end we had a blast and logged geocaches in a bunch of new countries!
